Today marks our second Valentine's Day spent together. To recap last year, we went to that super expensive restaurant, ate the most mediocre food, had my car towed from the liquor store parking lot, then kissed in the rain. It was definitely one of the most expensive nights of my life, but I'd spend even more to relive it.

I need you to know that I have never been happier in my life. I love this little cliche life we've built together in the city, and I love it because it's with you. I love falling asleep and waking up with you. I love taking you/picking you up from work. I love cleaning with you. I love cooking with and for you. I love rotting in bed with you. I love walking to the food court and eating chick-fil-a with you. I love watching shows & movies with you. I love having cereal parties with you. I love doing separate things together with you. I love it because you're at the center of all of it.

I know not a lot happens in my brain, but the neurons that do fire, fire because of you. When I think of you (and I'm always thinking of you), I think of new adventures, fun nights out, comfy nights in, yappy shower conversations, warm hugs & soft kisses, super spicy times, but most of all, a happy ending.

You're the love of my life, and I cannot fathom going through this life without you. I love you Dominque.
